This unique offering is specifically designed to provide 2 hours of education, personalized recommendations & holistic support for anyone who is on (or embarking on) the preconception journey. Whether you are planning to start trying in the near future, or actively trying already, this is a wonderful option for you to bring body literacy, conscious intention, and preparedness to your conception and pregnancy journey ahead! Sessions are typically broken into two, 1-hour long sessions over zoom.
In these sessions we will:
-Discuss preparing your body, home, relationships, and life balance for pregnancy & motherhood
-Learn about healthy behaviors (nutrition, herbs, vitamins, and overall wellness) for optimizing fertility for BOTH partners
-Learn basic cycling charting to accurately plan for & time conception
-Learn about options for hormone testing, blood work, and reproductive technologies if needed
Cost: $150. Payment Plan available

As your birthworker, I will meet with you several times before your due date to help create your birth preferences plan, and discuss various ways to prepare for your labor & birth so you enter into labor feeling calm, strong, confident, and supported! In the weeks leading up to labor, we will be in frequent communication and I will be on-call 24/7 for you starting at 38 weeks. During labor, I will be with you to help ease discomfort & pain, support you in achieving your preferences as much as possible, and guide your partner, if present, in supporting you as best as they can. Once baby is born, I will visit with you within the first two weeks to help aide in basic sleep & nursing techniques, healing after birth, and providing any support you need in your home.
Birth packages are offered on a sliding scale, $1350-$1700. Payment plans are available.
I am able to attend births within a 60 minute drive of Northampton, Massachusetts.
