These monthly, virtual Red Tents are a space for all women & menstruating people who are craving a space to connect and explore topics related to our menstruation, fertility, sex, pregnancy, grief, health, and beyond! There is no topic we will shy away from. Our collective experience of living in these bodies is ours to embrace and uplift each other in all that the world throws our way.
These will happen on the last Sunday of each month at 8 pm-9pm EST over zoom. FREE and open to all who identify with their femininity and cycle, regardless of if you are a prior student of mine and where you are at in your cycle or fertility journey.
Feel free to email me at jesse@freebodyfertility with any questions. Hope to see you there!
- Communal space where we can evolve it together.
- Free and accessible space to Be held and hold others
- Practice listening and sharing.
- Sharing grief that we may be experiencing and remembering that we don't have to hold it all on our own.
- Nonjudgmental- centering humility in this circle and remember that everyone is entitled to the free will of their own path. If you have judgements coming up within you towards others, get curious about where this is coming from and bring it into your journal to reflect on, asking yourself what is beneath this.
- Everyone has the freedom to speak honestly and authentically, with care but not censorship. I wish for this to be a space where we can really explore our thoughts and have dialogue that can lead to true learning, connection, and healing. This may require you to be brave!
- Be real with yourself and others. Challenge yourself to show up in your fullness with whatever you are bringing with you and allow others to do the same.
- Language: We will use the words woman, sisters, menstruators, etc. interchangeably acknowledging that not all women menstruate and not all menstruators identify as women. I ask for openness and curiosity around language and if feelings are arising for you specifically around the language used, I welcome you to reach out to me after the circle or at any time outside of the space.
