The Cycle Mapping Method is a single check, sympto-thermal fertility awareness-based method (FABM). It involves a daily practice of taking your morning temperature, observing your cervical fluid throughout the day, and observing the position and sensation of your cervix. All of this information is entered onto a chart or "map" to provide you with an understanding of what is happening in your body and cycle. The guidelines help you make informed, autonomous decisions around sex, avoiding or achieving pregnancy, and managing your cycle health.
